That report was unclassified and readily available on the Internet (see eCatNews Brief 1 above) . It now seems that the Defense Threat Reduction Agency was ahead of the game and a record of a 2006 meeting is now available (obtained by Steven Krivit and with thanks to Ghost Dawg for the link).

The tone and substance is more definitive and it is obvious that further refusal to admit that there is ‘evidence’ for LENR can only be made by someone subject to group-think or with a hidden agenda.
