As we approach the curtain raiser, pessimists predict one delay following another. Andrea Rossi has been reassuring us for some time that despite many difficulties including technical, financial and political, he is still on target for a late October reveal.
Andrea Rossi, inventor of the ‘E-cat’, has terminated his agreement with the Greek pilot customer Defkalion. The planned launch of a one megawatt heat plant in October is now supposed to take place in the United States.
Replying to a comment by ‘Dwayne’ on his blog, Andrea Rossi (rather elegantly considering the language issues) explains why he ignores the calls for more ‘proof’.
A Greek company now has permits to sell energy catalyzer based heating devices in at least one country. The same company, Defkalion Green Technologies should get a permit to sell energy catalyzer powered heating units in Greece in September.

On June 23 Defkalion Green Technologies S.A. updated their website, replacing their placeholder page with a new, more professionally-designed site. Two items of interest on the new website are a description of DGT’s product line and a brief explanation of the science behind the E-Cat.
