As we approach the curtain raiser, pessimists predict one delay following another. Andrea Rossi has been reassuring us for some time that despite many difficulties including technical, financial and political, he is still on target for a late October reveal.

A rumour has been spreading that Defkalion and Rossi were back together. The story is fuelled by a report by Channel 6, a Greek TV company.  It is easy to see how they came to the conclusion that Rossi and DGT had resolved their differences.

In a seemingly insignificant question and answer session on his website Andrea Rossi has said that the 1MW Defkalion plant being built in Xanthi, Greece, will “will work mostly without energy input”.

“Rossi gave me a personal demonstration of a group of 4 e-cats working at his premises outside Bologna on Friday 8th.

At the first 2 weeks of August a core team of 12 scientists from the Xanthi area will start working, there will be a separate company lab (for R&D i presume) the building for this lab has been found.
